How to Cook

Servings: 1
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup moong sprouts
½ cup chopped blend:
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/8 cup grated carrot
1/8 cup chopped capsicum
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons boiled or roasted peanuts
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (green coriander, mint)
1 teaspoon mixed roasted seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the sprouts: Rinse the moong sprouts and pat them dry.
Chop the blend: Finely chop the onion, tomato, carrot, capsicum, and ginger.
Mix the salad: In a bowl, combine the moong sprouts, chopped blend, peanuts, and herbs.
