How to Cook :

Little Millet Tomato Rice:Wash and Soak 1/2 cup Little millet upto 1hr or more. In pressure cooker/clay pot/handi sputter Mustard Seeds in 2 tsp Taru A2 Desi Cow Ghee/Oil. Add 1 tsp Chana Dal, 1 tsp Urad Dal, Saute. Now, mix chopped Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Green Peas, Carrot, Curry Leaves ; Saute. Add Tomato or Fresh Tomato Puree, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala/Curry Powder ; Salt. Cook until mushy. Add strained Millets. Mix. Now add same soaked water. Check salt. Cook for 2-3 whistles in pressure cooker, or 3-5 mins in covered container. Garnish with Green Coriander/Herbs ; Serve. Breakfast Porridge, Millet Rice, Pizza, Risotto, Khichdi, Chapati, Dosa, Idli, Upma, Cutlet, Salad Mix, Khakra, Gluten Free Breads ; Noodles, Cakes, Desserts eg. sheera, laddoo, kheer. |
