Millet Ven Pongal

Ingredients
- Kodo millet rice – 125g
- Little millet rice – 125g
- Barnyard millet rice – 125g
- Foxtail millet rice – 125g
- Green gram dhal -300g
- Cashew nut – 100g
- Curry leaves – 20g
- Cumin – 30g
- Pepper – 30g
- Ginger – 20g
- Salt – as required
- Oil – as required
Method
- Fry all the ingredients except rice with ghee.
- Cook the millet rice with three parts of water.
- Cook one part of instant pongal mix
