*How to Cook* :

4 Min Prep Time! Use Clay, Iron or Steel utensils.

1. Add 3 Level Scoops (10g Scoop inside) of porridge to 4x-5x
drinking water or milk. Mix well to remove lumps.

2. Cook on low flame for 4-5 mins. Adjust Water / Milk.

3. Stir until smooth & Serve. Top with Mashed Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Cereal.

4. Travel Tip – Add hot Water/ Milk to Porridge & Wait for 10 mins. Mix
