Freshly stone-ground to order one day prior to packing.

Farmer’s Story:

Dry roast 1 tbs barley flour on the tawa till light brown. Mix in half a cup of normal water to remove lumps. Add to the rest of the water and cook on medium lame stirring all the time till it thickens. Add salt, pepper and roasted jeera. Drink like soup. Parathas, tsampa, sattu, idlis, breads, risotto, kanji, & desserts.
