How to Use:Aromatic & delicious as everyday boiled rice. Used to make pulao, jeera rice, biryani, masala bhaat, khichdi, kanji, savoury rice dishes, kheer and desserts.
Farmer’s Story:
How to Cook:
Take 1 bowl of rice, Wash. Soak in clay pot in 3 times more water than quantity of rice for 10 mins to 1 hr. Use same water for cooking. Add 1 tsp Taru Gir Cow Ghee , salt to taste, bay leaves and spices. Cover with clay dhakkan. Switch off gas with little water remaining. Leave covered. Aromatic & delicious as everyday boiled rice. Used to make pulao, jeera rice, biryani, masala bhaat, khichdi, kanji, savoury rice dishes, kheer and desserts.
