How to Cook :

Kodo Millet Upma – Wash Kodo Millet ; soak for 1 hr or more. Splutter spices,;turmeric, mustard seeds, whole dried red chilli, curry leaves, soaked few chana dal, in;1-2 tbs taru desi ghee/oil. add 1 cup chopped vegetables, salt to taste ; saute 2-3 mins.;Then add strained Millet ; saute for another 1-2 mins. Now add the same soaked;water ; some more salt. Boil upto 1-3 whistles in pressure cooker or 3-5 mins in;covered container. Garnish with Green Coriander/Herbs ; Serve Hot. Breakfast Porridge ,Millet Rice, Pizza, Risotto, Khichdi, Chapati, Dosa, Idli, Upma, Cutlet, Salad Mix, Khakra, Gluten Free Breads ; Noodles, Cakes, Desserts eg. sheera, laddoo, kheer. | *Farmer Story* :
