Millet Sweet Pongal

Ingredients
- Kodo millet rice – 100 g
- Little millet rice -100g
- Barnyard millet rice -100g
- Fox tail millet rice -100g
- Green gram dhal – 200 g
- Jaggery/sugar – 300 g
- Cashew – 50 g
- Raisins – 50 g
- Ghee – as required
- Cardamom – as required
Method
- Boil water in a pressure cooker and dissolve jaggery in it.
- Add millet rice, dhal and allow it to cook well.
- Roast cashew nuts, cardamom and raisins in ghee and add to the cooked pongal.
- Sweet pongal is ready to serve.
